I booked a room in shanti hotel but and do advance payment but at the time of checkin they refuse to give room there are two person at the counter one is male and another is female behaviour of both the candidates was very bad. They give room to those people who pay high rate. They refused most of the advance booking. People of this area told that they done same with many other guest. My experience of this hotel was very bad

The room was not cleaned properly, the curtains had stains, pillow covers had dirt all over, window was broken, staff was not supportive, etc

Just horrible condition happened when water supply stopped from last night. Even no water for comode and latrine purpose. Caretaker just casual for the poor condition and left the hotel and ignore this terrible situation. Very bad experience.
