A very poor experience

We reached the hotel at 1.00 am they didn't open the gate till 2.00 am then we reached in they got issues with I'd and wasted time till 2.30 am then we saw room there was not a single window because of which it's was smelling very bad then finally we got the room entering the room we saw we don't have the blanket then we asked for it they literally took 20 minutes to give it so we slept at 3.30 am. I asked them to please give me 15 mins more to checkout but they told they can't give it so we slept only for 4 hours very bad experience.
