Good service and cleaning is good in room

Tv is not working intercom service is not available room service is very poor this hotel is only for a couple

My home toilet is better than this hotel room.

The property location is not an concern. The issue is with the property itself. The room was dirtiest room i have every seen in my life. If any one stay overnight to that room will definitely fall sick.

First of all they don't allow food from outside. We need to order from their own restaurant or you need go outside. I ordered food chicken fried rice, cost of rs. 250. You dont believe me they give me small cup of rice which was really taste less and heavy salt. Coming to the services they don't even provide water, bed sheets are not at all cleaned, tv wont work, ac wont work properly, very low speed of internet. Waste of money.

My ratings are enough to make you understand

The walls were all damp. The acc didn’t work properly. The bed covers weren’t changed. There was a good layer of dust all over the room l. The basin didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. And the hotel constantly smelled like cigarettes. And the staff was always half drunk to respond to our requests. Do not book this hote!

The room was not clean and smelling and bedsheet and pillow cover have strains on them after asking hotel to change it 2 to 3 times a/c was not working whole lobby has smoking smell it was a terrible stay
