Hotel O Royal Park

The staying experience was quite terrible. At the time of cheakout, the boy at reception refused to cheek in. He said that i have not made any booking, but i had pad in advance on the app. After some arguments he agreed that yes you have booking, and you can check in. In the name of housekeeping they had some minor boys who dont know the art of housekeeping and hospitality. They initially don't tell other charges like food prices even after asking multiple times and say that pay at the time of check out, which is very much higher than usual. In brief, i will say that hotel is quite good but their service is not to the level of hotel. A very high level of unprofessionalism with high level of arrogancy.

Good electricity and water ook good environment staff cooperation is ok.
