Hotel O Moula Ali Formerly Hanuma Residency

i was done payment by make my trip app but when i checkin the hotel management asked me to pay extra 2200 rupees for 2 rooms they are taking advantage of our situation and demanding to pay extra for the unworthy rooms i was already paid by the app then y should i pay extra and no hot water, not properly cleaned bathrooms atlast i was very disappointed

Hotel management asked for extra charge instead to advance booking online and payment had to pay 1600 extra charge at hotel

No facilatites available, Beds having used bedsheets,with dirty stings on it. So many bugs, Drinking and smoking in outside the room, Doors are damaged, No action wasnt taken after complaining all these

This hotel is perfect for solo retreats. The peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings made it a wonderful escape.

Had a calm and comfortable stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy every moment.
