I booking hotel but he don't give me a room after waiting one hour, he is told me no room but many room vacant. Not good this hotel very poor very very poor. Every person grooming is very very low. Make my trip should not keep these type of lodge in its list. It was not less than a brothel. No wifi, no hygene, all bed sheets and pillows were smelly and used, no option left as i have paid and, no hotels available at that time, geyser was not working, no lock provided, no water given, even after repeated call. I will say both make my trip and lodge was hand in glove to charge 1600 for this pathetic stay.

No safety measure was followed, i will say no one should stay there else it will be the hot spot of covid 19 in odisha. No sanitizer, no mask, no social distance followed

It was a horrible experience. The hotel is filthy and unhygienic. The staff are very arrogant. The room main door doesn't had lock and it remains open. The toilet can not be closed from inside as there is no latch or bolt. You have fill the bucket with water and put it against the door so that it will not open. They doesn't provided breakfast as we are OYO customers, if we want breakfast we have to pay extra money. First on reaching the hotel they have demanded extra payment for dinner, which they are anyhow providing. After various calls to OYO and MMT, lastly they allowed us into the room after two hours. On our entry to the hotel they have given a horrifying look so it is an horrible experience for us at Hotel Moonlight at Bhubaneshwar. We have traveled all over the country and even abroad and stayed at various hotels but never had such a bad experience as we had at Bhubaneswar.
