Bad customer service

They charged extra Rs.300 and also said that we aren't accepting booking from OYO. And in the morning at 9:30 am on 27th june 2024, hotel staff came and Said , please check out the room and I told him that check out time is 12:00, why are you forcing me to logout early. Very rude behaviour of staff.
