Not good, place was so noisy, not ready on time

All over very good and excellent

Receptionist behavior not truly. Service provider are not good. Guest demand wifi password but he couldn't not provide, it's my suggestion when the guest come then without demanding give wifi excess.

We stayed for 2 nights, prime location near the railway, hotel staff was polite as well as decent. Indeed a great stay.

Hotel is quite good and in safe location.

Though I have given details of traveler including the age of child but the hotelier had charged for child above 5 years for two nights. I contacted with your customer service repeatedly but they couldn't solved the matter. Lastly your concerned executive asked me today the same and they will refund the extra charges. PL do the needful.

The room was clean n beautiful. I was feeling like i'm in my house room. No doubt i'll book this Karma Hotel again.

The location of this Hotel is not very close to railway Station, neither to any landmark in the vicinity. One would hardly find an auto coming from that Road. So, for going anywhere, either had to call Ola or walk by 500 meter to catch auto. First of all, the amenities in the room are average. AC doesn't make cool in one room. Even after informing to the staff members, they just clean the filter and the situation was same again. Have not provided any drinking water to the room. Bathroom mats were of plastic, it started made footprints in the room, as the floor mates couldn't hold any more water. No hot water is available. Although it is summer, but to catch a train at 6 AM, at least some moderate temperature was needed. Foods were prepared from a Hotel just opposite to the dusty Road. In breakfast included, they either include, 2 bread toast or 2 Parathas and one cup of tea. Rooms were spacious. And good size rooms are available for couples as well as family. All the plug points were loose hence, charging to mobile was interrupted. No paid TV channels were subscribed so couldn't watch IPL for short while. All together, the stay was nothing to satisfying.

Great behaviour as well services too

Beeding and towel provided were used ones and the room wasn't airy, smelly. Tea was good and people were friendly.
It felt as if room wasn't opened for a Long time and it smelled rainy, had to turn on ac for smell to go

First of all I wait there receptions from 1 hour and there is no food facility on Tuesday, so ordered online.
We reached 11 am in hotel but there is no rooms available until 12 pm and I wait there 1 hour this is very disappointed.

Hotels tea was very tasty. Other.

Not much clean, location good, food quality not Mich fine.

Food quality can be improved and it can be thousand times better.
There was no table to place the lunch in the room. Moreover food quality was pathetic. Location of the hotel is not good as well.

Food is good. Room service is good. Hotel have good staff. But there is no facility of parking.

Hotel is good but room is small and washroom is not cleaned. Full marks to staff.
