We did not stay as the hotel person asked us to stay in another hotel as the hotel is not for family

Hotel room are very poor and dirty

Extremely bad. It is extremely poor hotel and a daylight Robbery is being done in consultation with Makemytrip. It is so dirty in all respect that cannot be explained in words. After reaching there, it was impossible for us to remain for a while and we have left this hotel after losing our money without any use. It is also strange that how this hotel is attached with make my trip and if Makemytrip will keep such hotels in his list, then days are not very much ahead when people will also.

Hotel is good and location is very good but room is not clear and facilities no, any other services is average by any other hotel OK. Makemytrip site is good, value prices kai a basil. Customer service help line is nice for helping.

Hotel location is good on the road driver room also available staff behaviour good management also good receptionist first preferred makemytrip trip customers all service are good I'll going to Aurangabad in August may be I'll stay there I recommend my freight and family members for use same hotel.

Intercom connection not work, A/c & TV also not work properly. Room Cleaning was not done. Very Bad Service provider. Please do not suggest on Make My Trip by which other people will not suffer in future.

No WiFi facility in the room, room not cleaned, unable to watch TV channels as require. Restaurant facility not good. In Breakfast quality of food is not good. Hot water facility not working. Overall this hotel has not maintain the quality. Thanks. Byy.

Nice location with nice and clean property. Nice service. Location of hotel is very nice. Staff is also cooperative. Nice stay. Fron desk is very helpful they guide you in each and every way. Mr. Wasim khan (Manger) is very kind and helpful at all way. I will give it 5 star for all service provided by the hotel.

Good hotel for longer stay. As the hotel is conveniently located and cheap, one can stay for longer period without pinching too much the pocket. Foreigners can stay for longer period and enjoy the historic city of Aurangabad.

The experience was not good. It was not as per what was said on the website. Though the hotel allowed flexible timings. The Lenin and upholstery was very dirty. The towel provided was also very dirty. I couldn't use it.

The stay and location is good of the hotel. It is in the center of city. All the things are been nearby the location. Staff members were also good who are always available over there. It was all over good by my side but they have to improve also, a lot there is good parking space and near by there is so many bank.

It is the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel on 27th Aug 2016 for one day. How can MMT keeps such hotel on the list? Right from the time I entered this hotel my bad luck started. I have to ask 10 times for Bath towel / for hot water / tea. It's absolutely zero cleanliness. The photographs of this hotel uploaded on your web site are not true. I had wasted my money. This hotel rooms are not worth of Rs 100. MMT must remove this hotel it will spoil your name. Henceforth I will think 10 times before booking room through MMT. I had given 1 rating on each scale because their nothing below this rating.

We booked two rooms for 2 separate families and they gave us one single room with one bed. Why in the world we would require 1 room for 2 families. And toilets were in very bad condition, beds were pathetic, bedsheets were dirty and whole room was so smelly, its was like staying in cupboard. Would not recommend to any one.
