I have ordered for cancellation as my date was rescheduled,but they denied and not refunded also ,so its very bad one

Comfortable stay at a good price. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was good. Front desk was also helpful

Every thing was Horrible like Room, Wash room so Ganda jet not working bending was very poor , like every thing so Ganda

Avoid booking this, i went to the hotel and the manager refused me check in even when it was prepaid and he was aware of my booking. Asked me to travel 5km to new property, also became un-responsive when i denied. Big red warning, don’t book this ever

The hotel is unethical. They had overbooked and informed only on arrival that room is not available. According to them they had informed make my trip of the same and they had not given me the true information. Upon asking to prove that they had informed they agreed to shift me to some other hotel where the room is small and even the water is charged at the rate of rs. 50

Worst experience, no facility of water even you to purchase water bottle for drinking, room was dirty, bathroom tap was not working, sink was overflowing toilet seat tap has leakage problem it is worst experience to stay

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel's service. The room was unacceptably dirty and the bed sheets were not hygienic.

location is too great but they don't provide shops any many i face water problems otherwise everything was great 👍

at the hotel we were asked for 500 rs extra although I have already paid 29 rs per person for assuring my stay, which is of no use I have a invoice of the bill with extra money charged which he didnot mention total amount he mentioned only half of it . we had to wait for the response and eventually my patience broke and I have paid the money for the room due to extreme heat and summer condition . ac was not working .

Absolutely perfect stay! everything was just right.

The entire room was smelling like hell. I requested to change my room but after 3 hr they gave me another room which was huge but again dirty and smell. This was a fukc room and nothing else. I couldn’t stay and checked out and booked another hotel. It was a waste of money.

It's enjoyable to get away for a few days at this hotel. You'll receive treatment like family by the staff members. I am delighted that i got to stay here.
