soloThe hotel showed tariff of which was paid in full. On arrival, they said i was charged half the tariff and had to pay another 413, which i paid as i had no choice. Upon asking they just said this was the charge and they don't know why is it.

Baht bekar hotel hai yeh. Many dirty rooms are not cleaned. Or tv geezer ac kuch bhi kaam nhi krta not working condition. Or beiman hai. Even after booking, they ask for extra money. Water is also not free. The bathroom is very dirty. And blank is too dirty

First of all the rooms were not available during the check in. We had to wait for like 40 odd minutes and also there was no as such waiting area or space available, later on the concerned person asked us to wait in a room. Secondly, the AC was not at all working properly, it was not providing the cooling even after running on 16°C. The washrooms were not even proper and clean. The flush was not functioning too. Hygiene was also OK but not Good. I must say that it was one of the worst ever experience I ever had. Totally Dissatisfied!
