The entire duration of stay was too good and we are very happy with our stay in this hotel. Just wonderful experience.

I stay here for one night and provide all amenities. Amazing hospitality. Bathroom was big and clean.

The location of the place was good. It was not too far away form the famous areas that we wanted to visit during our trip.

Very bad behaviour of staff very un profational

First had very hard time reaching there. It's below the bridge whereas map guided somewhere. Located inside small street in the locality of hundreds of automobiles workshops. Very rude and worst attitude towards customers. Booked via mmt. Booked for rs 801 which was fully paid and non refundable. After reaching receptionist just said these words " i can't give you that room for this booking amount and you need to pay rs 1700 more because that is super deluxe room. " when asked how can they do that as its non refundable the reply was that isn't their problem as it was not booked directly by them. Pay rs 1700 more which is rs 2500 total cost or you can't have the room. While waiting for mm t call back with in 20 mins 2 other customers had also same argument and same replies were given. Spoke with mm t and they provided other hotel in the city with out extra cost.

Nice stay good behaviour good

I stayed here with my wife. The hotel is newly constructed so everything is okay inside the hotel. But the location of the hotel is in a poor locality. The hotel is situated in a narrow lane, next to a highway. There is a huge garbage dump outside the hotel. While entering the hotel lane there is a liquor shop, when we were returning back to the hotel in the night around 10. 30pm, there were a few drunk people who made some dirty comments. Also, inside the hotel there were many empty beer bottles placed outside the rooms. Conclusion: if you are a group of boys looking for a nice hotel under a reasonable budget you can go for it. But if you are with your family and planning to step out/in the hotel during night, please look for something else.
