Terrible Stay

hotel denied the check in due to extra amount demand. Myself along with my family wait more than 2 hrs and paid extra RS. 2000 for check in alternative rooms at other assosiated hotel of Zees and conditions of that hotel is pathetic. I have forced to pay extra amount due to night and I have to to stay with my family.

Pathetically worst experience

Hotel location is good not far from sea beach. Rooms are 100 sq feet area. Ac working fine. Now the worst part, service is extremely bad. Two boys are there to manage all. I have booked for 6 nights and i have to leave the property after 3 nights paying the full in mmt. The rules mentioned in mmt says that checkin time is 9 am. But at the property they demanded rs500 extra saying that there checkin time is 12 pm. I dont understand which train from kolkata reach at 12 pm. I had asked the person to clean my room and change the bedsheet after 2 days but he was reluctant. Food they brought from outside restaurant and serve in room. I ordered for fish meal and they brought veg meal and dont even returned the money. Many more worst things happened but cannot mention all in this limited words.
