I wasn’t able to check in, the location given in the app was wrong i arrived at the given location but same looking hotel was present with a different name and they denied check in. I filed complaint not once but twice to makemytrip but i didn’t get my refund, the agent who picked the call and registered the complaint said that he or she has informed the hr and they would validate within 24 to 48 hours but they didn’t.

Reached the location but there is no such hotel exist. Building is matching with photo. Now it is called reliance guest house. We do not know why do not have updated information

The hotel has completely denied about my booking & they don't allow us to stay in the hotel, it's a fraud hotel, this name of hotel is not there in that location, at midnight i faced enormous problem with my family, all that night we have to stay at hospital's reception. However it's my request to makemytrip please approve the hotel which is genuinely present in the location and please look after the matter about my hotel booking returns of 1500k rupees
