Bad experience, no window, no room service

Despite the hotel situated on the 3rd floor, no lift was there. The room was very congested, not a single chair or centre table, no window in the room and no ventilation in the bathroom. Not any room service was available. I wake up in the early morning and tried to go out for morning walk at 5 am, but the shutter at the ground floor was not opened and i had to come back to my room. The available amenities the bed, ac, wardrobe and bathroom were good. But what to do with these incomplete facilities.
