After reaching hotel at midnight receptionist said hotel is full even booking is confirmed

Very bad hotel in guntur, bathroom flash not working nd floor mats not giving door curtains are noisy, fan also. Soap and towel not provided totally hotel management fail in maintenence

We had a disappointing stay due to several issues. The fan was extremely noisy, and despite reporting it, no solution was provided. The service overall was not up to the mark, and our request for extra beds was not resolved. To make matters worse, maintenance staff entered our room late at evening, disturbing us while we were in deep sleep. Additionally, whenever we asked for water bottles, the room boys wouldn't provide them, and we had to go and get them ourselves. These experiences significantly impacted the quality of our stay. Room was in 3rd floor. No drinking water provided. But room was good. There are 16 rooms. Car parking space is not convenient.

Although it was prepaid, check in was bad saying rooms were full, agent was not paying them for the last 3 months etc. Room and toilet are ok tv is not functioning.

Washroom is not cleaned properly, and they didn't changed the bedsheet, pillow covers, towel. Every where we will find the dust. They didn't even provided water bottle as complimentary.

The hotel is normal & good for the budget. The staff is courteous & helpful.

There are leaking my information to some one. I don't like this hotel

Bedsheets and pillows are not good. I mean not cleaning properly some places are messy messy. My suggestion was clean and wear good bed sheets it's better. That's it every thing is good and beautiful room.
