Room was not good. Bathroom flush was very slow. Room were smelling bad wall paints were broken.

Very bad stay. Paint has come off from the wall. Room was not cleaned. Bathroom was stinking. Bedsheets was dirty. Makemytrip called it as good, fell into to that trap. Both makemytrip and that blue moon hotel made us fool.

Very poor condition hotel blue moon. Not responding to any hotel person. Not a service towel and bath shop and shampoo. Very poor hotel condition.

This hotel does not have form c for foreign guest which is bad thing at the time of checking in to the hotel. The us guest and i were diverted to another hotel to stay at the highest price that we never expected. We were taken to another hotel which is not good.

Not provide door to door service food and break fast even tea also not available in hotel soap and shampoo not available tv not working

Amazing service they allow me to check in at 4:30am room cleaning is best but soap shampoo not available and washroom is not properly cleaned

The stay was pleasant, the host were really good and caring.

The hotel is nearby station. The connectivity with city and station is good. However it is far away from airport. The size of rooms are small and even height of the room is not much.

U cheated me in my bookings n i was charged for breakfast also were as the same was not provided. Now will i get my refund back or u will enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Not with make my trip any more. U have not replied to my above message

Very bad hotel not hygienic very bad in safety standards also. And they charged me extra 400 and can't give me facility of air conditioning and bathroom was so dirty and there is lots of vulgar things

We ordered food from there only and the food is very good and the room is also clean and safe

Thanks to supporting staff and more helpfull towards keeping my luggage at your place after check out. But reason for 1 star is POOR MANAGEMENT, 1) There is no oyo kits available for bath. (as you gave me 5rs nirma sabun) 2) Tv is not working. ( As you said recharge not done) 3) Room cleaning will not happen on time, I have to take follow up for that. 4) Will not provide 1 mineral water bottle per day. Which major hotels provides. 5)Bed quality is bad, not even same as home bed. I expect hotel bed to give more comfort. 6) Ac is not working. Water heater will work as per your request.

Very average hotel. Located at very dull area. Rooms are small and nothing special to mention about just ok to spend a night, ok for family stay, nearby veg hotel is very good.
