room was dirty.. bed cover pillows are very dirty & stained.. sand all over the floor & matts… very bad experience

Very pathetic experience. I never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. I had booked 1 no non ac deluxe room for 3 adults, for 3 nights. At the time of booking additional charges paid for additional bed. But they don't provide any extra bed, they denied to provide extra pillow( only 2 pillow for 3 adults they have provided. Only one charging point it is also coming out from wall. Tv not working, because recharge not done them. No geyser facility available. How this can be 3star hotel, this can't be even 1star hotel. They were telling we have provided you ac room instead of non ac room, but they kept off ac power. Door of the room are poor than 40 yrs old door. Very poor, beds are rusted. Wood power is falling from bed to floor. Bathroom is too small & non hygienic. No geyser facility available. Water is always falling at comode

Hotel Location is just 100mtrs from sea beach. I have booked a standard room for 4 nights. Hotel has given me provided room which has acommon balcony. Room is spacias and good with very basic amenities. Based on price we are happy. Me and mother were staying here and we did not faced any issues. Staffs are good in behavior.The only request please allow guests to do a bit late check out those have train in the afternoon. Obviously it will depending on accupency. Hence we have train at 12:50 hours and we have asked ti check out at 7:00 hours. It's was difficult to roam around to the city in the hot and tempted weather. Even we checked out on Sunday 12th November. Most of the rooms were vacant. We have requested the person to allow us 1 hour but the housekeeping was stand out side the door and every after 2mnts asking us to leave the room. I have been working in tourism industry since 12 years and travelled a lot including different countries. Never face d this issues.The only problem which we faced at the time of check out.Otherwise the total stay was very good and we really enjoy our stay in this hotel. I will surely recommend my friends and knowns to stay here.Thanks.

Room which i book after seeing photo, not given to me, room condition not very good, specially for cleanliness. Next time i don't like to stay this hotel

Horrible experience! not worth rating one star even! there are barely two staff members who aren't available most of the times. There is no service at all. Rooms are in miserable condition. No arrangement of food, not even tea. They don't even provide plates or bowks to eat and say that the restaurant is locked. They provide the excuse that there is only one cook and he being absent the entire restaurant system is shut down. No arrangement of wifi. In-spite of all these, the price is pretty high. No one literally cares there. Just terrible! never visit this hotel. Worthless people!

The bedsheet is fully untidy with stain mark on its surface. There is no hand wash liquid in the washroom. There was no parking area we have to keep our car on the narrow street.

Room service was pathetic. Even after clearing the terms of stay well before making the payment that i will checkout after 2 hours of normal time which was agreed over call and at the reception while doing checkin they made me leave the room at routine time, they were not ready to hear. Plus they purposely sent someone who wouldn't understand hindi

Hotel. Enough space for 2 people in the room (i travel-led with my mother. However, 1. No tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner service was available to room. Go outside everytime. 2. There were stains on bed and pillows. Looks like old, unwashed. At least, hotel owner should take care of it.

Rooms are very old, tv is not working, left sometimes not working power cut by hotels staff, staff behavior is not good overall not fit stay here, they charge very high, in that amount you can stay at other good hotels. Just front of sea beach

Please don't come here. Rooms are very nasty. You can't open the window because there's a dump yard. Only two things, value for money and nearer to beach. Nothing else.

Room was not good, service unexpectedly bad, wash room was not good, location is average, lift was working in a schedule time, TV was not working, after several requests they provide TV. After several requests they clean the room.

This is a very basic but overpriced hotel for the budget traveller and has small rooms and tiny bathrooms with no geyser. The lift is faulty and does not stop at the desired floors. It is located in a lane beside Pulin Puri Hotel and is near to Swargadwar Beach. The Reception is helpful and wellhead. Very basic food available. No WiFi
