The Metropole by Keyboard Hotels

Place is near central market area. It’s well maintained property with very nice looking swimming pool and good eatery on the premises. Staff was courteous and room service was good too. View from the room was nothing to write about though.

overall experience was superb. they upgraded our room . because some renovation was going on, on one wing of hotel. breakfast was good. location is also very good.

Wonderful stay in Lonavala! We had made a last minute booking at The Metropole by Keyboard Hotels, Lonavala. MMT Pictures and reviews were great, and actual experience was even better! Centrally located yet quite Secluded, everything was just a walk away from the hotel. Being a leisure trip, we truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and in -room dining facility. Swimming pool facing Executive rooms made the experience even fuller. Would definitely refer our friends and families to visit The Metropole!

Hotel property was at visible location and hotel room was very hygienic and staff behaviour was very cooperative.

The food was tasty, a little expensive, and the stay was comfortable with the availability of basic facilities. The hotel's location is a little not at the right place.

Overall, it's a good place and the staff is also very nice. However, indoor games are not available, and the washroom and latrine area are quite small.

It was good and comfortable stay, just add few more options for vegan in ie soy/oat milk coffee/tea.

Our recent weekend stay at the Metropole in Lonavala was exceptional. The property's convenient location near the railway station and marketplace, combined with clean rooms and a well-designed lobby, contributed to a pleasant experience. The on-site restaurant, Murabba, impressed with its quality, generous portions, and attentive service. The staff's politeness further enhanced our overall satisfaction, making this a highly recommended destination for a short staycation.

The hotel had a convenient downtown location and beautiful, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, though the pillows were too firm for my liking. Staff were attentive, but the shower placement was a bit awkward. Despite these minor points, I had an excellent stay and would return

Property was good. Locaton was good, only there was some cleanliness issue and there was a moisture smell in a hotel, but overall stay was good and staffs were attentive.

Location was good. Break fast was not good at all. Services was good from check in to check out. We were not allowed to use games and amenities due to rain.
