Had a good experience staying here for one night, got a spacious 2 + 1 bed room. Bath, Commode and Sink separated so 3 people can use parallelly. Used swimming pool. Calm and cool atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Location is good for walking around town for shopping. Value for money.

Good room and clear and clean room but game zone not open and rooftop not open and no amenities.

Pros: Executive rooms are spacious. Hot water is available. Convenient location — near Lonavala Railway Station and Bus Stand. Breakfast is good. Cons: Room hygiene could be improved.

Room was clean and neat. Good interior.... fasciality of electrical kettle for hot water, tea and coffee....

Room very very small .. lobby not good staff is average... Barack fast time very late ... food is average

Very very bad experience in room. Bad smell in room & bathroom. Not worth at all.. Rooms & bathroom r so dirty..

Location is within market itself which is good. Food was ok. Gaming zone and rooftop pool was not functional which was bit disappointing for children.

it was good. The hotel needs maintenance but the staff is very polite and helpful.. can't recall the name of the guy at reception but he upgraded my room.. we had an excellent time there and they also provide complementary food for babies. so it's 10 on 10 for me...

Stay was nice and sweet. Staff was polite and cooperative. Very close to main market and host a excellent Murabba dining lounge.

Rooms are average as we expect, amenities are good, location is also good market, bus stop, railway station near to the hotel food is delicious,

just NO for family i have booked different room and they given me different room and that was very bad

Good accommodation place but located just opposite to bus stand so, very congested rod with traffic in day time as well as check in time is 14:00 hours which is worse.

Location is in middle of the city so quite a lot of options to eat nearby, however room was average compared to the rent in A wing, no idea of it better in B wing. Housekeeping was slow and mediocre, had to ask to clean room thrice and to replace toilet roll few times. Rooftop pool was closed there were no playable games equipments.

Pros: 1) Well located close to railway station 2) Food was great 3) Pool was nice and clean 4) Staff was polite Cons: 1) Room Service was okish and could be made better 2) Indoor games were missing 3) Mini Fridge wasn't working even after complaining to the staff 4) Rooms had a foul smell and not well ventilated 5)Non-veg Breakfast choice could be better Overall rating: 6/10

The hotel was comfortable & we had spent good time with family,The Game Zome can be improved as it was not maintained well ,they have not given sticks in the Coffee/Tea tray in room,which was a drawback

Well done metropole. The kind Mr Anupam at the front desk gave me a free room upgrade when i asked if it was possible. Moved from executive room to Jr Suite. Highly appreciate.. the staff was super kind. The restaurant food is good too. The only small issue i had was everything took time.The Room keeping staff felt a bit lazy. Probably because it was undergoing some major renovations. Will surely visit again
