Okok parking issue need to work on. That other stuff are good location is also nice food is good but too much costly as compared to location

Rooms was ok not that comfortable as it was stinking a lot. Food was not good even though the rates are costly. Food quality wasn't that convincing.

wrost experience in full day of booking for 3 peoples. heavy expensive without quality. no breakfast nothing else

Lo-can shared to me was not perfect. Contact number shared in booking confirmation was not picked up and so it's hard to find out.

Room which we selected and picture as shown was not exactly the room allocated to us

My stay in your hotel was excellent

Hotel not provide bill so we could not claim in company. Hotel back side sewage treatment plant so windows view was very horrible.

It was a good experience for night stay in hotel ratan residency i have enjoyed food which was delicious and staff was co cooperative it was a good experience i loved it.

We were made to wait for 10 minutes as the room was being readied. It was a small one and the air conditioning was not working at all. We spent a harrowing night in the sweltering heat.

The place looks high standards on the outside and based on cosy, but its an average stay looking at the toilet etc.
