Hotel cleanliness is very good as well as close to SMU & MG Marg Hotel. Staff behaviour very good. Transportation easy to get from hotel to anywhere.

One has to take a flight of stairs to get to the rooms so be ready to do some climbing. Not recommended for old people with knee problems or weak heart. The service is slow and unreliable.

The hotel was good but it was really too far from MG Marg, I suggest not to book this Hotel. They are cheating by saying it is 5 min away from MG Marg. It is really very far away from main locations in Gangtok.

Staff behavior was good. Location of Hotel was far off from the main tourist area. Communication from Hotel to m go Road can be availed by shared taxis. Nice view of mountains from roof top. Hotel needs to be upgraded a lot.

I would say hotel room and hotel staff behavior is nice. In that price range it's really good hotel to stay room and cleanness was also superb. But unfortunately I will rate poor as the day when I stayed we had suffered water issue at hotel no water in toilet in any room from the check-in to checkout day. I can appreciate that they have brought water in bucket for each bathroom but you can understand it's difficult to manage as you can't flush toilet and all and resue it. So very bad experience I had it. As per hotel staff there was some power issue so it's happen but unfortunately due to that our trip to visit places got delayed. So I would say if you can confirm first that there is no water issue then it's one of the best in this price range in want OK.
