Courteous stuff with poor management

familyWe stayed there for 3 nights. Rooms were not properly cleaned, bathroom was pathetic. The water was not draining out, it was completely blocked. The caretakers have very limited option of food and unlikely expensive.

Pros - 1) staffs are very professional well behaved and helpful and humble. 2) bengali foods are available. 3) rooms are neat and clean 3) bathroom is very good. 4) new property. 5) view is also very good from mountain view rooms. Cons- only con is location, it is 3 km away from the main market. I would rather suggest you to stay in this property for the money you spend.

The homestay was a good good type of homestay, but the people were friendly, but the room was not hygienic, they gave us used soap, and bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty. I found lots of hair.

Sir we are sorry for the inconvinience you faced during corona lockdown period. Most of our staffs were at home. However 2 of them came and gave you service. No one at that time accepting guest. But we have not refused. Again sorry for the inconvinience.

I really admire with the hospitality. I love the place. Bathroom and room was very clean. Everything as per stay was good but food was not good. Though the manager has explained the reason.

It was fabulous stay. Want stay there again and obviously in the same room. Kanchanjangha view from the attached balcony with the room as well as from the bed was magnificent. Food was too good and in huge quality. Hotel stuff specially Sukumar was very friendly, co-operative.
