Hotel Gray Saffron By F9 Hotels

Hotel was closed without giving any prior information. I have to make alternate arrangements. Worst management.

Worst experience. No standards and food order from room service was sourced from street vendors. Unhygienic rooms.

The room condition was very poor as well as smelly and in breakfast they serve only ch-ole bhathure. Wrist experience.

Dirty room size too small poor bed size washrooms water flow so poor never go to this place again ….

Staffs, service, rooms, toilet, very worst and terrific never book in this hotel. No name board, no lift, no towel, no floor mat, nothing good to say. Waste of money

Room was okay, but was not clean, there was also a big problem of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Ac and tv were working fine but overall facilities not good the lift was also not working and the room was on 5th floor

Hotel location is good. But interior and cleaness is not properly.

Room is to small, Cleanliness is not good, shower and flush not working properly…. Lift under maintainance not working , Frist they given room on fourth floor after they given on second floor…. Bed is not good condition

The washbasin was leaking. In-spite of complaining 10 times. No action was taken. Else. Everything was fine.

Its more like a lodge. No proper staff. Rooms are also different from what they display. Leaking bathrooms

I stayed at this hotel with my family. Firstly this hotel is listed as Grey Saffron but this is the property of Oyo townhouse. They didn't let us stay in the Grey Saffron. The rooms are very dirty and too small suitable for one person. Bedsheets have spots all over it and they were not clean. The staff is very unresponsive and rude. They just throw and drag your luggage through stairs if you ask them to take it to the reception from the room. I booked this property for my senior citizen parents and they had the worst experience ever.

First of all, the bedsheet provided is very dirty and old, the tv is not functioning, the bathroom tap is broken, pics are not as shown

Good experience staff is too good and also take care a lot go for it you all will love for sure great and safe
