Hotel Grandeur Near Chakan MIDC

Hotel was very good specialy food and ambience I was stayed 5 days with my family and feel like home. Following point need to be improved 1-lights in coridors Rest all are ok.I would be recommended to everyone to this hotel

I arrived late at night, but despite the odd hour, I had absolutely no issues during my check-in. The manager, Mr. Akshay Ghoshal, was incredibly kind and welcoming. His warm hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. If anyone is planning to visit and stay here, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mr. Akshay—he goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The entire staff was also extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I genuinely appreciate the excellent service provided

I had the pleasure of staying at Serenity Inn for one day, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of premium quality, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The amenities provided were thoughtful and catered to every need, including complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a stunning view from the window. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, and the attention to detail in presentation and taste was commendable. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread, offering fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to key attractions yet offering a peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Serenity Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay, even if it’s just for a day. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Poor maintenance, dirty unhygienic rooms, flush not working, below average food quality, overall terrible experience, it is recommended to not recommend this property for the stay

The hotel didn't provide any water bottle towels etc in the room, even though there was a lack of staff due to a few of them leaving the job the same day.

Good and budget hotel to stay near by mahalunge midc area. Room are neat and clean. Service is good.

There was no hot water for bath. Water leakage from roof of bathroom. Called for support but no one cane to clean it. No internet and can’t uae my 4g due to network reception at hotel location. Worst and taste less breakfast. Its better you have it from outside. Washroom stinks. They don’t provide towels and need to call for it. They provide only one tower only. No dental, no soap or other dental kit. Very worst experience. I will never book for this hotel.

Location very near to midc area. Easy to reach the work place food was tasty. Lot of options for breakfast. Services very prompt. Staff are helping in nature.

Hotel service is not so good

There is no roomboys and even the laugage also to be carried by yourself. Seems that their priority is to bar only.

Bathrooms are not properly maintained. Breakfast is also not upto the mark. No freshness in the atmosphere.

Room are clean, but basic facility like tv is not working, study light is not working, no light in wash room, and even basic intercom is not working. But stuff are good, food is also good.

While the star was doing its best but it is a very very old property, a very very lore budget hotel. No packaged water, bed and bed sheets were worn out. Towels were discoloured. Bathroom were in a sorry state. Mugs were uncleaned. No hot water in the evening. Overall a very very bad experience.

Rooms is specious, good cleaning and location is good for capgemini joiners. Food is tasty but if you order paneer and chicken dishes then you will dive to find paneer and chicken pieces. Small cockroaches were visible on dining/buffet tables
