the staffs rudeness is something which needs to be looked after. i checked in at 7 pm and my room had wet floors which means it was cleaned just before I checked in .next morning d staff started giving reminders since 9 although checkout was at 11 .

Location is good Amenities are also good Food can be improved especially the chapati and panner subzi.

The team was very rude and inconsiderate. They were also non-cooperative and did not have a proper rule book as well.

I stayed for a night and the hotel was decent enough for me and my family. Had an issue when i checked in due to documents and other stuff which i felt could have been managed better.

The hotel provides good service and average rooms. Excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner are present in close proximity. I'll suggest to avoid the room on ground floor due to lack of ventilation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
