Hygene, staff, room everything was poor no toiletries, even 1 bottle water is not the part of the room. No hot water in bathroom

Dirty , broken furniture, bad smell from blanket , Rude staff . Other than location & building from outside lokd good but Inside is very bad

Its a terrible hotel, never had such bad experience. People are very rude and they don't care about their guests, besides service is pathetic. Please don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a budget hotel. Not worth the price. Does not have restaurant. Even upkeep is poor. Location is the only plus point.

Rooms are good but they don’t provide a single water bottle also and dental kit…. Heater was also not working

Room have musquitos, tv doesn't work, not at all recommend. Food is ok ok. Service is ok ok. Staff is polite. Lots of renovation is required in the hotel

Poor service with respect to the rates they charge. Rooms are untidy and stinking. Will never ever stay there. Hotel management charged 750 rs extra for my visitor whom i invited to my room for a meeting. Ridiculous

Poor quality of room interior no shampoo, dental kit, cheap soap like c grade town lodges, no complementary water, no ro water, no tea or coffee, no hot water, old used bedsheets, dirty comforter, pathetic tv, poor quality breakfast. Please never stay in this hotel.

Not a good place to stay i choose n deluxe room but they did not have any deluxe room the only giving there customers standard room

The rooms were very ordinary after a while the ac started dripping water they charged us 38 for a litre of water bottle no additional services provided the receptionist / manager was very rude.

It was not at all pleasant stay. Bedsheets where not clean. It was not replaced even after complent. The bathroom was in a very bad position. All the taps were leaking. The bathroom door was completely rotten. Ther was no intercom in the room. Room service was pathetic. Not worth paying 3k per night. Not recommended.

Very bad experience with mmt. No discount required. Just deliver what u say and show on app

The room and washroom was not clean at all. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. Linens(bedsheet, pillow covers and comforter cover) were not changed after the last guest left. Fresh towels and pillows were placed at a very unhygienic place so not sure if the towels were washed. There were no tea cups or any complimentary tea or coffee. Even after being an ac room, people smoked and the room was smelling so bad! only thing good about the hotel was its location and that’s it.
