Good to stay here.. Location was not so good But value for money.. Although room was clean.

Very bad experience. Rooms are not clean. Very dim light in hotel. Foods is not good.

They have cancelled my booking just 1 hour before the check in time which was booked 15 day before. Pathetic experience.

Very good staff helping, good response from the staff. No time taken for check in or check out. They also arrange call on taxi. Free Wi-Fi in the room. I will suggest Crown hotel to all.

The hotel staff wanted to fool us bu making up some weird policies saying a foreigner can only stay alone and not with an indian. I would avoid the hotel next time just for this. The location was very good but I am sure with this budget there are other hotels with better policies

Location is great. Very near to all the main tourist spots away well as markets. Staff is friendly and the rooms are okay but not much can be expected at this price. The only thing negative was the food. The breakfast was really bad.

Food was so costly so have to order from outside .. And overall it was good .. AC was working normally ... Will rate it 3 out of 5 ... Safety was good as guard was there. They don't give water bottle by their side we have to ask then they provided it

Room lights not working room power sockets not working outside AC machine creating noise washroom exhaust not working food was average WiFi not working TV was very small only stay in room was OK rest everything mentioned was many problems.

The room was fully AC. There was a peaceful environment all over. The location was near to sindhi camp which is easily accessible for me to reach there. The facilities was awesome. The rooms are well designed and the dim lights in the room gives so much peace as it provides a relaxing environment for me and my to everyone which was there with me enjoyed a lot.. They all are very happy and satisfied with the room, the facilities and the food too.

Room was big and service was OK. Hotel's restaurant was good maintained. Over all value of money. Need to improve there hospitality. Foods item is not so good in taste but quantity is OK. Cleaness and services need to improve.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean, a budgatory and value for money, room services were satisfactory but dinner served not testier, hotel staff responded well, but one issue that at time of checking out receptionist asked to there attendant to check the room was very strange,

Decent hotel close to Sindhi camp bus stand and Jaipur railway junction. Location is good. Rooms could be better and cleaner. Staff was courteous and helpful with a late night check in. Didn't get to try the restaurant or complimentary breakfast during the stay so can't comment on that.

Very bad experience this hotel when I check out they check all room and they charge for the cleaning extra cleaning charges not include hotel charge the staff very rude and hotel owner also very rude then I talk with other person they said this charge like this only. It's my request whomsoever went there please be care full and in future I am not going on this hotel. They charge me 600rs extra for cleaning. I am very shocked this the first hotel who charge extra for cleaning. Guys please take care for yourself do not go for the pictures.

Hotel location in center of Jaipur amer fort govind dev ji temple birla mandir albret hall bus stand railway station all are near at hotel. Food was awesome but not provide all the items which are in hotel menu. Hotel staff was good

Located in the prime location, staff behavior was cohesive. Complain was attained and resolved on time, well furnished room. Needs an improvement in dining service. Over all had a pleasant stay.
