Hotel staff let us to wait for 10 minutes because of his call. He call attend the call after talking with client also. Staffs not friendly. Noise keep coming of train. No safe parking area. Rest room was good and room was dirty and too small. What happen now

Door lock is not working properly. I went there at around 8 am. They asked extra money for check in in the name of early check-in. 260 rs. Room is small. Same room is available in godavari grand As there was no vacant room, so i have to choose bommana. In godavari grand but in bommana it'. Also godavari grand permits without extra amount in the name of early check-in. In godavari grand check-in time is our wish, after that they give 24 hrs. Very poor experience in bommana residency.

We suddenly had to stay at hotel for night then i searched for hotels on mmt app and it instantaneously reserved for one night with mimimal effort and booking details i would definitely recommend mmt app
