when we are reached there that hotel was not that place and I called that hotel contact person who told from 1 month his hotel closed and he told me " how to you made payment without reaching hotel place " my had made payment already but I don't get facility to stay that hotel I was there with my family my 2.6 Year daughter and 4.6 Year son and with my wife your service is very worst i can't understand with out checking hotel details

Hotel not Exist but MMT booking for Room

Hotel does not exist still "Make My Trip" selling this rooms on this hotel and cheating to customers. I was searching for Hotel after almost 1.5 hours could not find on listed address. Hotel was demolished condition then also Make my trip listing this hotel on his app. They didn't gave me alternative hotel as this was pure discrepancy from Make My Trip. When I called to customer care they asked me to send live location to confirm guest(myself) is at property location so Make My Trip will refund me my money. I shared Pictures and video of listed hotel which was demolished condition. * Now also this property showing in listing. ** Always cross check ur booking before Visiting hotel with MMT on call.
