Excellent room. But very average food provided for breakfast. Location is close to nh66. This is a bar attached hotel. Parking is common for guests as well as customers coming to bar. Spacious parking available

Restaurant facing main road and reception we have reach through a side road. Rooms were neat and clean. Good service. Digital TV was not working properly. No coffee maker.

A beautiful place next to the Bekal River, with a separate swimming pool for children, a park, a jacuzzi in the room, and separate seating areas at the back of all the cottages. Breakfast was good, but the dinner menu was less extensive than other hotels. It felt like a letdown that there were no Kerala dishes for dinner.

Had a terrible experience. AC did not work, bed was damaged - couldn’t sleep a wink! Worse, main door could be easily opened even after locking - serious safety issues.

The room was full of long hair in many parts. The room, which is paid is very narrow. The ceiling light connector is placed in a way that is dangerous. None of the remotes work and there is no display so it is not possible to know if the AC is working. I ordered a mutton biryani and it was a large quantity of 6 pieces but I could not eat a single piece of meat because it was uncooked.

Good place for stay and the food is also very good. Location is very convenient. However, your driving skills will be tested fully to reach car parking place. Even, going to the restaurant from the room is also challenging and good exercise.

Water supply is a problem. Bath room had scorpio. No hot water from the shower sp. Will not be suitable for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is easy to locate as it is on the main road. The premises are kept clean. The room allotted to me was quiet and calm. Some negatives like wifi was not working and room services are not always upto the mark. Veg food was ok, not great. Overall, it is good for a day or two.

Need to work out easy access to the restaurant. Otherwise, food quality is very good

They welcomed me in a very good manner but the washroom health post was not working and the bedsheet was tone

We booked our stay in this hotel as a stopover before our main stay at a different hotel. The room was neat, clean and hygienic which generally are the main concerns when you stay at budget friendly hotels. Would recommend to budget travellers

Horrible place to stay

Bad. Horrible hotel bekal. Checking out of the hotel now. Will appreciate if you would refund my money for atleast one day for which i booked today morning

Booked one of the best category room but ACs were non fictional. No tea and coffee pacets but electric kettle was available. No hot water and no WiFi inside room ( room door WiFi was available but not inside ). No proper breakfast available, no one from reception and support staff willing to help. Continuous annoying noise of hammering something was there throughout the night.
