Room was so pathetic that i didn't stay there and booked in other hotel. Also hotel staff was rude. Out of mentioned facilities no single facility was available i had raised complaint also for refund but no refund was issued only 500 rs voucher was credited.

We visited puri temple at night and the temple is open till 11:30 pm and buy them we returned, the doors are closed and hotel receptionist didn't attend any of my calls. It was a terrible experience. The rooms are not as clean as in the pictures and very unhygienic
