Worst experience ever

This was the worst ever hotel we have stayed in. The condition of the room is very bad and stinky. Bed sheet were dirty and the bathroom was even more dirty. The service was pathetic. They refused to give us an extra towel. The staff right from the owner to the reception are very uncooperative and rude. Even when we had paid for an extra mattress on MMT they charged us 600 for the mattress and when we confirmed from MMT that it is included in the package the hotel staff fought with us and the manager spoke very dirtily with my wife. And this is only part of the issues we had with them . . I have been travelling for the last 12 years but have never ever encountered such a dirty hotel with such bad staff This hottle is not even a hottle it is a 3rd class lounge. This "lounge" should not be listed on MMT. This lounge does not deserve even the one star it has got. It was nothing less than an ordeal to stay in this hotel for 2 days. I will insist that no one book this hotel and look for other options

Very good ambience, service is good and friendly staff. Located in the heart of the city. Overall nice experience. Good place to stay with family and friends Very well ventilated spacious rooms with basic facilities.

Not satisfied with the quality of hotel. Apart from its location the hotel was dirty. Room was smelly, bathroom was bad. Overall a bad hotel to stay and not worth of money. MMT photos were misleading
