Totally an unorganised place. worst behaviour by the staff's. first train them to operate the place. is that a 4 star grade hotel, shame on your service.better convert it to something suitable by your staffs. Don't waste your valuable money and precious time of the customers

Worst hotel in make my trip showing like luxury hotel inside worst like 500 hotel but they charged 4200 for my booking on 14/08/20025 the conditions of hotel is like haunted place iam regular traveller i stay in good hotels but this time gave me worst hotel no service okd bed and bed sheets bathroom is very ugly no complimentary breakfast but they charged for breakfast also not served staff not gave proper response over all its was hell staying in this hotel its my requests to make my trip people dont keep property like yhis in your make my trip app thank you so much make my trip app thsnk so much for hotel aira Vijayawada

Hotel room was awesome but restaurant was not in proper shape No dinner no lunch in the hotel Breakfast variety was very very limited

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good. Im not aware of native language but it was quit comfortable

had a truly disappointing experience at this place. The food was below average – bland, poorly cooked, and served cold. Nothing tasted fresh, and the presentation was unappetizing. The service was appalling; the staff was not only disinterested and untrained but also completely unresponsive. Even when we tried to get their attention, they ignored us or acted as though it was a bother to serve. Orders took forever to arrive, and no one checked on our table once. Cleanliness was another serious issue: sticky tables, dirty floors, and cutlery that didn’t seem properly washed. The washrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained, making the overall environment uncomfortable. It’s clear that basic standards of hospitality, responsiveness, and hygiene are not being met here. For the price charged, the experience was utterly unacceptable. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were neat and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. However, the food could use some improvement in terms of variety and taste. With a few changes in the dining experience, this place could be even better.

Overall good stay, WiFi connectivity could be improved, no 45/5g network near the Hotel suggest Aria team to work with network providers. Overall hotel is clean and Hygine

Their was so many small cockroaches in the room and I personally went to the reception asked to changed the room coz of we are with small baby and they are not ready change and than we went for suite room and paid extra for that. My opinion family people they prefer this hotel coz there is wines shop behind it and if you opt suite room their is a booth bungalow view. Family people kindly don’t opt it

Location and staff behaviour were very good. We had to wait for 3 hours in lobby as we asked for early check in. Also we found cockroach in our room. Otherwise our stay and food was good.

Inside room mosquito are there back side of curtains. In television all channels not available even local language, informed also not rectified

Terrible experience...no proper staff..no professional treatment...taken charge for food but no proper menu to serve....TV remote was broken...towel was missing...breakfast was not planned properly...overall bad experience..

One of the worst hotels which I have been to.The WIFI wasn’t working and the property was untidy and I do not recommend anyone who would be visiting it.
