It was a horrible stay even though it was for a night. Very bad rooms and bathroom. Toilet has india closet and not clean too. Beds are in bad condition and even the bed sheets are in almost torn condition. Attitude of staff is very bad. Not recommended and the only highlight is that the place is majestic

My family stayed there for a day and found that the rooms doesn't even have clean bedspread. Toilet condition was poorly maintained. When i booked, i saw some pics and saw some beautiful pics and then booked. Unfortunately the rooms conditions were quite turn offs.

Giving rooms for solo travellers is very poor and uncomfortable. Door locks all are old. Photos showing is different than actual what we get.

I was asked to rs 150- as gst even after paying ahead through make my trip portal

Poor housekeeping inside room full off dust and oder. Receptionist were too rude and. Not worthy for couple and family stays. Disappointed

Stay at this hotel was no less than a nightmare. The only reason i opted was that they had 6 am check in. My checkin time was 6 am. But i arrived by 5 45 am as my train was early. So i patiently waited at reception till 6 am. But only at 6 45 am the room got vacated and i got in. Very old fashioned rooms. I don't think bed linen was changed when i checked in. They had itchy old woolen blankets and no duvets. I annoyed me the most when my room had indian commode, and also no faucet. The washroom was dirty. Even shampoo packets and soaps of previous residents were still lying on the floor. I demanded a change of room. Room service was bad too. Didn't even provide a towel. They shifted to a better room but still no faucet but western toilet luckily. But still not clean. I managed and left the next morning. But my skin felt itchy the whole next day, seemed like there were bed bugs. Please don't book this hotel by any chance. It's totally not worth unless you want to suffer.

Will surely get stay for the value of the amount we spend. Direct opposite to metro and bus station. Little more clean, toilet may attract more customers, or maybe they are getting customers with these facilities that are the reason why they are not improving their washroom.

Rooms are dirty, house keeping not done, rooms bedsheets n towels are not changed daily. Overall worst Hotel.

I would not book hotel through MMT if this is the case I experienced recently. Because the hotel management provided their worst room whole hotel with no network, no WiFi after saying that they provide wifi. Sorry say but the experience was worst. I can share you the photos, torn blankets dusted cot, no proper washroom facilities, dark room no ventilation. Because of this reason I checked out 18 hours before only.

Very nice staff, cooperative management near to all amenities and economical and also very nice hotel for family and friends
