High Nation B&B Home stay

It's a good accommodation for family and also with friends. Rooms are good, clean, good hygienic toilets and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and coprative.

I have booked this hotel from mmt. The hotel owner did not open the hotel gate as we reached late in night. They have given our room to other people without informing us as manali was totally packed. I have contacted a number of times to hotel owner but he didn’t responded the call. I have raised request at make my trip customer care also but the hotel owner did not picked customer care call also. So don’t book this hotel as it’s owner is fraud who can give your room to other people if somebody is paying more for the room.

I stayed with my whole family including one yr old kid. They gave us rotten food, had to fight for cooking fresh food at night. Geysers were not working. We had to wait till 9am for a cup of tea and warm water. Staff was rude. Worst stay till now ! host was very polite but he wasn't available at property and his staff seems to misbehave in his absence. I hope he takes better control of them and teaches them values of hospitality.
