Room service was very poor, unclean rooms, unhygienic place, not good experience it was.

Due to water shortage in morning I was waiting 1 hour in the bathroom and its ventilation system not good that why I was feeling suffocation.

Because of after late night I want to water but reception and kitchen is closed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. There is no basic facility for guest. No proper water, no cleanliness, there was TV but without sound. It was really horrific experience. The staff was not helpful no co-ordination. Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty dusty not cleaned stinking. The owner was rude he rudely told that I cannot provide TV you can leave. We were guests but still we were more adjusting for 2 days and still the owner wanted us to adjust and the main thing he was rude. On booking time he was very sweet but afterwards he completely changed. Our 1st day was half wasted because of them because our room was not ready and we had to go without bath because there was no water. Worst stay and experience never ever will go back again we were harassed even for basic things like cleanliness drinking water and TV.

The hotel is located near the Jagdish temple and Gangapur ghat. The location is really worth for the price, although there is no parking space for four wheeler. Else great for solo travelers on a pocket friendly trip.

Don't stay here, rooms are not good. It's not good for family stay.

Best location, food was good. House keeping was not sufficient. Staff is not polite or professional.
Room was very small. Not enough space to keep luggage. Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The place is good, strategic, good environment, nice food and service. Monty also service the costumer good and nice, and best overview from restaurant and nice breakfast.

Very hospitable and good service. Booked room for 3 person but only a double bed was available. Extra mattress provided.

Location was good but facilities were not proper, TV was not working, water supply was not proper, blanket was not there, parking facility is not available. Hotel is safe and is situated at good location

We struggled to get a proper parking nearby. Nearby Nigam Parking is always full. Not a good value of money if it is more than 2000 rs per room. No great facility as such. All in all OK hotel if you are getting room less than 1000 rs.

Overpriced room. Location good. Staff friendly but room facilities were none. Not even a dustbin. TV not working. I think they had IRCTC blankets. I suggest to book a better place for the value of your money

It was an average hotel but since we had to pay less I would say it was good value for money. Overall service was not so good but if you want a cheap room then it's a good option. There weren't much staff. Only the owner who manages everything.

I was enjoy my trip and relaxing over all good not bad and value for money also. If you visit with couple it's better then single but we only 2 friends so we not stay full day in room only for fresh used this room

Service was not good staff is not in hotel for help no facility for drinking water, hot water is coming all day in bathroom is not for Bath, light off many time, last time I stayed here is awesome experience but this time not happy.
