No hot water, no food, lack of cleaning

No attached washroom, no hot water.

No power backup, no safety, not suitable for family.

The stay was in a room in the house with not attached bathroom, which was very disappointing. The common bathroom was very small with hot water only on request. The room was quite small for 3 of us. The food was very tasty and place had a homely atmosphere. The service by the staff was good. Overall, the stay was okay not great.

If you like peaceful and not so fancy rooms then this place is good. Caretaker is very good, take care of your needs properly. No AC, although cooler is provided. Bathroom is average, hot water provided instantly on need basis. Food on need basis, excellent taste.

Staffs were very friendly. Got homemade tasty food. A nice place to spend time with friends. A nice dining room, beautiful garden and a living room with speakers are few add-ons to the homestay. Thanks to all the staffs and thank you Kishore for helping whenever needed.

Pros: It was in between some cultivation lands, and no noise around, if you like peaceful and isolated from traffic and pollution opt for it, near to main beach and temple. Cons: Ambiance was average, no geyser, hot water was supplied based on the need.

Really like the hospitality, specially the caretaker Guru. He was very good and obedient and more ever a very good cook. The only drawback is the heat, if they can provide AC in room as Gokarna being heated place, then this stay would become 5 star stay.

Its homestay first season after opening. Need to work on various aspects like water pressure in first floor taps, window net to keep mosquitoes out, window curtain. Host was nice and supportive.

It's is a isolated place. Very nice for group of friends. Maynot be very comfortable for couples. Food was nice and caretaker was great

Good place. Near to Beach. It's a homestay. So no food available. But the care takers can prepare and arrange. Helpful staff.

It is suitable for stay with family. Surrounding full green fields. They will arrange a vehicle is required to go to the beach. It is nearly 1.5 km. They are providing foods in our choice. We can have drinks without any disturbance. A good place to enjoy with family.

Amazing place to stay, feels like home. Closer to all the beaches and surrounded by grasslands which are so calm and serene. Loved the food and the hospitality of the people in the homestay. Would recommend 10/10 and has all the facilities required.

This home stay is one of the best homestay we stayed in Gokarna. For couples and family this is the best choice. Excellent location, Excellent hospitality, Excellent food, very clean and neat place. Anudeep and his parents provide excellent hospitality, they treat us like their own relatives. Again to mention that the food they provide is excellent. Staff is very very friendly. Guys food is too good. Next time I will visit again. Thanks for your support.

I went to Gokarna last weekend with my Labrador baby. The guys out there were really good and very co-operative. Food was just wow! I loved it. Awesome experience.

this homestay feels like home very neat and clean, supportive and caring manager who offered me bicycle surrounding the beaches, on the spot food present, musical environment, I will visit again in future this beautiful homestay like villa.
