Gokarna stops was all broken no management no proper staff no person to take luggage, rooms were basically hut small not as described, they are under construction not showed

I made a booking for a normal room non a/c, it costed me 7200 inr, only good thing about this stay is it’s on beach side. Not clean rooms, lizards, cockroaches and insects everywhere, it looked like the stay is not maintained properly, though i didn’t have any much expectations but at-least expected clean rooms and good vibe for 7200inr.

If you are planning to go in off season here then think twice, there are not a single amenities or services from there side, I had booked for 2 nights but looking at their sprite of service I had to leave after first night itself and booked somewhere else. I couldn’t even say improve your services, you have to provide it first 😅

The room and especially the washroom was really dirty, looks like it was not cleaned for month, the towel was so dirty.

Sray was horrible, it was the worst stay of my life i ever had. Don't go there even on your own risk. Place is damn dirty, rooms are smelling like urine. There are insects in the room. Furniture is broken. Rooms are very small. There is no one at the property to attend you. Even in the night, its like a haunted house, reception is broken, there is no one to save uou if you need anything at this property. I asked them to change the room, he said its his best room. Don't know what will be the conditions of lower rooms then.

This is located right on the gokarna beach. So you can spend and enjoy the view of the sea all day and night. The care taker and cook was very good and professional and the food is very delicious. Only thing i experienced was due to the rainy season the place was a bit clumsy and not that well maintained. But the cottages were clean and tidy.

It was a good stay and i like the staff behavior and their welcoming nature.

First will say about location it's right on the beach so location wise it's perfect. However management needs to seriously work on the room conditions. It's way too told also it lags basic necessities. Cleanliness is an issue which i faced. No kitchen facilities so have to depend on other eateries around which are 100 meters from the resort. However people who are managing are really helpful and friendly. Even got late check out request that too by 4 hrs. No hotel or resort gives that. In short trip was good a little effort from the management towards cleanliness and room improvisation will do wonders.

The rooms was not maintained properly lots of insects. Restroom was not hygiene at all. Not at all recommend to any persons. Pols don't go. Make my trip members has to visit the place and see the condition and should remove from there list.

Should not call it a place for human stay. Was charged 2. 5k per day which amounts to robbing passengers. Rooms are dirty and toilets are even worst than public toilet. No one should stay there.

location is good , I front of sea ⛵. rooms size is good for 3 persons.To reach property is very difficulty.you can not reach by auto, taxi,own car.No parking facility.No food in hotel.

No proper water facility struggling like anything, no support for transportation etc. No proper staff to help

Hotel needs to work on hygiene. The staff is cooperative. Food is not available, you have to go to another hotel / cafe for lunch and dinner.

Gokarna stops has a very good vibe and the location just adds to it. The staff is friendly and the common sitting area is very lit. You will enjoy sitting on the swing late night enjoying the waves and also get a clear view for star gazing. Not to forget the place has such good food. We tried food at other places but this hands down win. So please go and enjoy

Place is good because it's front of beach, it's fill like you are staying at private beach, but rooms are dirty not well maintained, staff behaviour is friendly, food is too costly. Overall experience is average. This could be better.

The room room was not clean, toilet is not nice ( very bad smell, but location is good. Car parking was very difficult at time.

No drinking water, no food, musquitoes, no room service, no attendant. All in all a terrible stay

We had booked for 2 days but had to check out in a day as gokarna stops didn't suit us. First off, credit where due, the owner is very friendly and was very helpful. The location is right on main beach, you literally walk out into the beach. Now the shockers: the room was a hot oven, the fan was old, dirty and hardly spinning. The roof is tiled and has gaps, so there's zero privacy. We needed a table fan to be separately provided to even manage sitting in the room. The room is dark, very little lighting. The bed is below average, small in width, hard; there were ants and bugs on the bed. Only 2 shampoo sachets, 1 towel were provided as toiletries. The furniture in the room are all cheap and plastic. There was no cafe in the place due to off-peak season. The bathroom was terrible. There's no washbasin. The shower, faucet, flush are all very weak. We ran out of water in the morning and we're without water for 3-4 hours as no one was available at reception desk. There's almost no security, it's open from all sides but there are cctvs; theres no parking for the place. The place is 300m walk from bike parking but that feels like a lot while walking on beach sand and with luggage. In all, we didn't have a pleasant stay at all. The owner tried to help but the place just didn't suit couples, family at all. And for the price, not at all worth. Sincerely enough though, we got a day's payment refunded. Cannot recommend this place.

Nice place. Great location peaceful. Harish and robin are very friendly and helpful. Need some maintenance. Little far from parking. If u have heavy luggage, it's a bit difficult to carry to hotel. Overall 3. 5* out of 5.
