Gajraj Villa

This property is isolated place on Mountain top. Rooms are Non AC and does not have Generator back up. ( it is inverter only). Does not have soft mattress nor good hot water flow. Staff is not good. Remember to carry water bottle, personnel hygiene kit, etc.

very badly managed property. we booked full villa of 4 rooms, but got only 3 bedroom. we were offered another room in the basement of adjoining hotel out of 3 rooms geyser was not working in two rooms. flush was not working in one room. no provision for tea or coffee. The swimming pool was dirty. The bed linen was not clean.no proper crockery or cutlery for eating. no washroom amenities were provided. The staff was helpful in nature but clueless about the services.
