5 Yes I had a very comfortable and secured stay at Hotel Madhuban, Khuldabad. I am grateful and thankful to the entire team here who hosted me and gave me the most pleasant staying experience here for 4 days. Thank you to Mr Ameer -for helping me to have a great experience in sightseeing during these 4 days. So I would like to recommend it to all other fellow travellers who are planning to visit Aurangabad to stay at Hotel Madhuban , Khuldanad and get a great stay and local travel experience all together.

It is an overpriced lodge. Would not recommend if you are looking for a absolute clean place to stay.

Good location and new construction so rooms are neat & clean. No in house restaurant but food service available from near by restaurant.

It’s a new building so rooms and furniture were relatively new and good. One observation is, by evening people gang up for a casual meeting that might make families discomfort.

Hotel is located in Ellora, approx 4 kms to Ghrishneshwar temple, Newly built construction, Parking space available within premises, well maintained and spacious rooms, Clean washrooms, and good quality linen

My stay at Hotel madhuban was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and personalized service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was elegantly furnished, with modern amenities, plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding cityscape. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring cleanliness and comfort at all times good service "Great stay. Perfect place. The room was big and comfortable great location in peaceful area. It was a dirty premise. The room were okay with basic amentities but not worth the money. Staff is unprofessional. Owner is good

The staff was quite cooperative, and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

I visited for ellora caves. Property location is excellent. I has ample parking space and very good lawn space. Hotel do not have restourant facility, however they have tie up with near by restourant. There are multiple restourent near by which some one can explore

Construction is still in progress, the entrance gate hasn’t been installed yet, and the location pin on Google Maps is unreliable. Reaching the hotel without confusion takes extra effort, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Room and Cleanliness The rooms were clean and well-kept. Bathrooms were hygienic and didn’t carry any foul smell, which is a strong positive. Housekeeping seems to be doing its job well, despite the overall unfinished state of the property. Staff and Service The staff was courteous and cooperative. They did their best to assist with whatever limited resources were available. Their helpful attitude stands out as one of the better aspects of the stay. Water Supply Issues This is a serious concern. The taps frequently got choked due to sand mixed in the water supply. It made using the bathroom inconvenient and frustrating. Any guest checking in should verify the water flow immediately to avoid unpleasant surprises later. Food and Dining There is no on-site restaurant. You will have to rely on food delivery from a nearby partner hotel. The food provided is below average—excessively oily and lacking consistency. The tea served by the hotel was extremely poor in quality and not worth drinking. Overall Verdict Hotel Madhuban might have potential once construction is complete and basic utilities are fixed. However, as of now, it feels half-finished and operationally unprepared. Clean rooms and decent staff help salvage the experience slightly, but major flaws like water quality and lack of food facilities make it hard to recommend at this stage.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, there is space outside hotel as well, so if you are coming with family, you can enjoy some time in garden as well

There is no facility even no one to attend .room size is very small and there are ants in room . Very slow water in tab of bathroom . This hotel is not ready properly

The hotel was new and the staff was great and cooperative. Good parking space, nice rooms, location is also near to the temple, ellora and other tourist places. There was some issue with water pressure and a lack of kitchen. Though they have tie up with restaurants who deliver food within 15 mins and the food price was also very reasonable. All in all a good experience, nice staff, clean place

This is a new property with immaculate cleanliness and a huge open green lawns. Staff is very efficient. Owner is hands on and is actively involved in taking care of guest needs. They have a very efficient tie up with a restaurant for room service.

It was excellent experience and host is extremely helpful and would recommend everyone traveling there to stay, rooms and toilets are clean.
