This hotel is somewhat like like a big house, where different rooms are given to people. This caused 1 great problem. The rooms were not sound insulated, and anything going onnat reception (at ground floor) could be heard in my room (1st floor). Coming to my room specifically (207), somehow it has a window opening in lobby, which means less privacy. However the bigger problem was since it opened in lobby, the light was a great distraction for me as I can't sleep with lights on. Then at 1 am, a family arrived at the hotel, and for 60 minutes they sat and talked in the reception. It was very noisy, and there was no staff to control them. So the sleep quality was simply awful. Coming to room, room was small with no closet. The bathroom was big. I had a driver with me and I was told that they have arrangements for them over the phone. But the arrangement was in the dining hall with other staff. Now my driver was up since 5 in the morning and because of this arrangement, he couldn't sleep till 10 at night. In the morning the driver didn't even had place for shower and bath. So if you are travelling with drivers please see. There is no lift, so you have to drag your luggage to whatever floor you are on, or wait for staff to show initiative Overall, I don't think it was worth 2100, given the quality of sleep I had.

not cost effective...rooms are average.. cockroaches are present in bathroom..no regular water was available at property..even food was too much costly

Property located near Khuldabad entry road and near to Ellora Caves, Bhadra Hanuman Temple and Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga. Overall a good stay except missing intercome due to which you need to keep visiting reception for small things like tea bags, water bottle etc. Didn't try restaurant so no comments on food. A budget friendly clean stay.

Need to improve service like welcome drink mineral water bottle they tell water bottle extra charge if people hire your room please provide water bottle welcome drink tea or cofee new people don't know where is the shop . room is very good clean and hygienic hotel is very beautiful parking space is also there . you can stay with family couple frnds and enjoy overall very good

Location was good .. Rooms had Cockroaches 🪳.. No wardrobes to keep the belongings.. No pegs for hanging clothes in the room.. NO Kitchen ..

Excellent stay. The front desk was courteous enought to grant early check in. Service was fast. The property is situated close to nearby attractions and temple. Though the hotel doesnt have inhouse hotel but does provide food service which is at nominal cost and great taste. Thank you!

The hotel has an excellent outdoor look and location right on the highway. The outer view is fab, with a small garden to sit and relax, plus parking available for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. The Indian food was great, though the Chinese food was disappointing. Rooms are spacious and clean, but a few drawbacks: walls were leaking and there was no cupboard provided. On the positive side, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even allowed us a very early check-in, giving us a room to freshen up and a safe place to keep our luggage. Overall, good for a short stay if you’re looking for convenience and warm hospitality, but there’s scope to improve on room facilities and food variety.

Location is 5 km from Sri Jyotirlinga temple and Ellora cave. Location is good and room is neat and clean with all basic amenities.Food was also good, you can order in your room or can go outside 100m from hotel to their restaurant. I faced power cut and wifi issues, otherwise hotel is good for stay with affordable prize.
