Don't go there not nice Service was not good room was not nice

It was an apartment own by localized and use to give the key of the room to the guest for staying. No staff was available. Breakfast was homemade and it was OK. No professionalism was there. Overall it was OK-stay there. But some staff should be there to taken care of the guest. Room service should be there. Cleanliness needs improvement. They need to work on security. After improvements on the above points, it will be a recommendable property.

The stay was good. The location was a bit difficult to find other than that everything was fine. The staff was cooperative. The property is good to stay.

Room was dirty and it was stinking there was no water on arrival. The microwave had fungus inside was not able to find the location

Good stay with nice ambience outside. Though expected a little more cleanliness. Overall nice experience

It was a disaster of a experience. Dirty room. Nothing was hygienic. Geyser was not working properly. Bedsheets were dirty. Service was poor. No care taker. Water was not available which further delayed our plans. Will never ever come to Lonavala because of this.

Most dirty hotel we have ever experienced

This is a proper Studio Apartment, unique experience than hotel rooms, host Vinod ensure there no issue faced during your stay, location of the property is good near form Lonavala bus stop and railway station definitely would like to recommend to family and friends.

There is no cleaning behind room, AC drain water leak inside of room, service is good, location is at 3 km far from railway station.

2-day stay was pleasant. Basic amenities were provided. Hotel within the premises is not available. You need to order from selected hotels menu card provided in the room.

Stay was average not up to the mark

Caretaker Vinod is awesome Due to traffic we reached the property at 2 am at night. Vinod is a person who waited there from 12 night and directed us till the property, on a portal I find caretaker doesn't stay in property but we couldn't feel so. Vinod is available within 10 min. After the call even in midnight really excellent service.

The ambience is great, rooms are neat and clean with balcony. The caretaker was helpful all the time. Overall a good peaceful stay.

Needs some improvement. One of our rooms didn't have a fridge. There is no room service as such. Just a guy whom you have to call on mobile. But yes a very good place with a decent price and good facilities. Worth the money. Food from Machli restaurant is also delicious and priced well.

Location was good. Nearby restaurant, food was also available.
Awesome place, loved to stay here. Great hotel and good view.
