Flagship Hotel Ace

I have booked that room for 2 nights, but the washroom was not clean, and while booking the hotel it shows me that i have breakfast but i didn't got that and the staff was also not good, there was no towel, hand-wash, shampoo so i asked them to give but they didn't gave me. So it was a bad hotel for me. Yes i have the photos. I will share it now. This are the photos of that room

Breakfast is mentioned while booking, but it’s not provided. Current fluctuations backs to back every 1 hour. Toilet flush is not working. Totally cheating hotel.

Hotel didn’t even give basic amenities like toiletries, regular room cleaning, towels etc also they didn’t had any provisions for breakfast. They gave paper plates and spoons as cutlery and dishes which was appalling.

Bathroom maintenance is not good. The water supply is not good the flush water supply is not good and water leakage.

Very poor service, its not 3 star hotel. Never ever book the room here. 1. Cockroaches in bathroom 2. Dirty 3. No food 4. Rude staff 5. No facility- for towel soap everything you need to go to reception everytime. Avoid staying here.

Room size very small and bed are not comfortable. No food facilities, need to order outside. Locality is also not good.

It was so bad no room service noting no basic amenities were given it was so hot no ac was there no water bottles were given

Stayed at "ace hotel" for four nights. The positive is its proximity to sarjapur road which allows a shorter commute to the office. There are no breakfast options, or restaurants nearby to walk into. The rooms are enough for a person to sleep in, but not walk around. Tv didn't work in the two rooms i tried after multiple requests at the reception.

Had issues with hot water in the bathroom. Service is not upto mark. Location is near sarjapur road

1. Super un hygiene place. 2. If you want tp attract lots of disease in your body the the please go to this hotel. 3. Rooms looks like never cleaned. Every where dust and foul smell. 4. Washroom is like public toilet. Location is also not good. They don't allow food delivery inside.

The room was dirty. Bathroom was even more. No amenities. Water in tap was not coming properly. Flush was not working. It was a pathetic experience, i had to book another hotel as it was so poor experience.

They took extra money even after paid fully . Rooms not clean. Flush not working. Very lamé management. Manager was sitting like he owns the building and ego way above.

The stay went well and i liked it. But the room cleaning should be done on daily basis and i recommend them to provide a soap and shampoo which is being provided everywhere else. Apart rlfrom this, it's a good experience.

Its not a hotel for family, no parking space, rooms smell bad, no room service, property photos shown are old not latest

Room was spacious, but no good service for check in. Clean is average. Service is also not that great

The hotel was pathertic and the staff was even worse. I would recommend people stay away from this and look for other options
