The hotel location is road site and all night some tafface noses so man done not seeping at night but location is good near by market

Very poor hospitality. In winter every-time we have to go down stairs and ask for switch on the guiser

I had a checkout at 6am and no one was at reception and no security at the hotel i shouted many times and there was exactly no one there, and the main enterance door was locked the shutter was closed i had no idea how to get out, i called for several times on several numbers for hotel no one picked up and i had a flight at 10 from bagdogra just imagine my situation finally my cab driver who somehow opened it from outside after trying several ways and i could get out after 20 mins room was dirty and smelling like pee not maintained atall, they gave me other room it was even smelling like pee, i asked for blower as it was too cold they did not provide me at day1 even after asking several times and day2 they provided.

No one was present in the reception in the morning, during checkout time. I have to wait for checkout.

Really i enjoyed too much room is so beautiful and everything is good

The hotel bed is not cleaned, the blanket is also not cleaned and they are smelling

Terrible experience - i booked this hotel through mm t based on its rating, however, it is coming false. I checked in at 10 pm on dc 29th 2023, washroom was not cleaned, pillow cover was very dirty, no help by any staff, no water in washroom. I called hotel manager and she told me that everyone is facing problem, i am not special, very very rude. Just sharing for other travellers, do not book this hotel, there are better hotels around.

It was a horrible experience. Our stay period was from 28 th to 30 th dec. First we were made to wait for nearly 2 hrs even though our check in time was 2 pm, we were given room at 4 pm. And that also after a lot of arguments. Second, the room was too dirty and smelly, the bed sheets had stains. Third, the bathroom was terrible, geyser was there for namesake, which never worked. Behavior of the reception staff was good although. Overall, the experience was terrible, expected a better quality from muscatel group and fennel red rose.

First of all, the rating in the app is surely fake. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. In the midnight, power of our room was gone and the hotel management told us to spend the night in the dark, in four degree celsius. Whole night and the next morning there were no water in the room. Though i paid for the breakfast, they didn't provide the breakfast and asked us to call mm t to get the breakfast. Pathetic experience.

Room was okay okay. Blankets were dirty. We had to check out in early morning, when we woke up we got to know that there is no water and also there was no one at reception.

I stayed at fennel hotels, the price is very affordable, the room is pretty big but there is a major issue with the hot water availability. The geyser switch is outside and takes a long time to heat and many times the staff turns off the switch without even asking, so i have been late to my destination because of this as well.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. The pictures shown while booking doesn’t match in real. Have terrible experience with geyser, the charging sockets were non functional. Had to call several times to reception for uncountable problems. I recommend never book this hotel.

The hotel staff were really friendly and hospitable. The food was also good. I had a great stay over there. It's a nice budget friendly accommodation at a very convenient location in darjeeling.

The rooms were small and clumsy, good behaviour, good location, equipment is old and sometimes not working, room rents are higher which is not acceptable, not up to the mark

Hotel room was constructed. I asked them to provide me another room which i find bit better than ours. They said those are already booked. I do not understand how can someone book those rooms while booking it online. Got dead tv, dead service phone. When asked, they said 'sorry' the cable recharge is expired. I had to do ups and downs to communicate with the reception since the phone was dead. Finally one of the service boy showed me the way to turn on geyser from outside as they were switching it off frequently. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Water was available 24x7.

Room was not given as seen in the app while booking. Room was very small. The location of the hotel was also wrong shown on the map. Geyser was not working. No electric kettle was provided.

Nice rooms. Stuff was very helpful. 100m from darjeeling railway station. Location was just amazing

Room heater was missing it could be better if provided …bathroom were clean and the bed sheets too ….the behaviour of the staff was good
