We occupied rooms 103 and 104 from 24 to 25 march, 2024. Quite clean rooms. 1. But the handle of the bathroom door of room 103 had come loose and was swinging. 2. The outdoor unit was fixed just outside the bathrooms of both the rooms and tremendous heat was emanating from it - to such an extent that the wall and bathroom door too, were getting heated. 3. No hand napkins were provided. 4. We had to ask for water glasses to be kept in each room. 5. When dinner arrived, serving spoons were not given. Only teaspoons were. How to serve with those? 6. For curd, instead of small serving bowls, large curry bowls were provided- how to eat from those? 7. On holi morning, the free breakfast arrived after 5 reminder calls. 8. No one came to clear the dishes after dinner or the cups n saucers after the evening tea on 24 march. 9. The bill for the evening tea and dinner of march 24 wasn't given at the time of checkout. Except for the above points, the stay was comfortable.
