Property location is good ( calm peaceful, surrounded by greenery. Since it was the home stay, only breakfast was served by them and it was really tasty and hygienic. Amenities are good, better if facility can add some table or almirah in each room and in drawing room to keep the belongings like suitcase, bags etc otherwise need to keep them on floor

Situated in a calm place. All 4 bedrooms were neat and clean, and had a lake view too. Host anagha was so customer friendly

Comfortable stay and friendly people, easy access to many tourism places. I recommend this stay to all tourists. All the members are very happy with the homestay

Properties location is good and hospitality of the owner/caretaker, but we expected it to have a proper lake view but it's not. Its a road facing property

Our stay at everglades is more than what we expected. The rooms are neat and well-maintained. And the host anagha and arun are so cooperative. They helped in every aspect from renting cabs to ordering food. Hot water is available for bathing. Stay is beautiful with a lake view and is on main way.

This is a home with 4 bedrooms and you have to rent the entire floor. I traveled alone and hence wasn't able to use all rooms but the stay was comfortable. The place needs a little upkeep but the caretaker arun was very helpful in providing information and check-in. Close to banasura dam area.

Homestay is on top floor of the house with separate entrance. We booked for a group of 10 pax and booked late at nearly 6 pm. However, within half hour when we reached the property, the arrangements were made with utmost satisfaction. 4 bedrooms and 3 attached bathrooms available with a hall and dining space. Didn't spotted the private kitchen as mentioned in the property whereabouts. Balcony available. Good location, easy to trace and park. Ample parking space was there. No external hindrance and ensures peaceful sleep. Complimentary breakfast available. Under chargeable basis, they would arrange dinner/lunch too. 5 kms to bansurasagar dam from the property. Hot water facility available. Kettle was also provided for warm drinking water/making tea/coffee as per convenience. Owner staying at ground floor and the prompt response of mr. Arun (caretaker) was commendable. Price wise also reasonable. Will visit again, for that happy and peaceful stay

The stay was very good and well maintained. The view from stay was nice. Stay incharge was very friendly and kind with us. We had a very good tiffin in the morning. Hall and rooms had a very good space. We enjoyed the stay
