Our stay at Ekostay Mount Emerald was truly exceptional! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Dilip ji, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay — he made sure all our needs were taken care of with a smile. We were also pleasantly surprised when the owner personally visited us with a lovely gift hamper to ensure we were happy with our experience. Such thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend Ekostay Mount Emerald to our friends and family for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

It's disappointing to share that my recent stay was far from satisfactory. The lack of cooperation from the caretakers significantly impacted the overall experience. Basic expectations such as the daily replacement of bed sheets, towels, and toiletries were not met even once during my stay. This oversight made the accommodation feel unhygienic and certainly not worth the cost. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

Location was nice, nice view and nice climate, staff were nice and polite, food was not there but kitchen is there, swimming pool was nice only the worst part was air conditioner, because of low voltage ac doesn’t worked we stayed for 2 night no fan working fast no ac, generator was there but for limited timing after we have to pay 600 per hour, will never book again ekostay property, even they take 5000 deposit which was not mentioned on make my trip

The villa was good but the caretaker was very rude. He asked us to go get tea leaves if we wanted him to make tea, and then proceeded to make his own cup. He told the electrician to cut off the lights and fans so that we would leave, because we were a little late for checkout.
