The property is close to Kalpa Village. The monastery and the Vishnu temple is at a walkable distance. The rooms are clean and the Kinnaur Kailash can be viewed from the property. The breakfast served was good.

Location, Hospital was excellent and food also. There is nothing which seems to be below average. All Good.

I have been charged per room. Room, service, place everything was terrible. I have shared feedback with MMT on call also. I have the pictures of room, leaking bathroom, bad sofa set, unclean carpet, no toiletries, no towels, no water & everything. I have the pictures. room was not worth

The best part about this stay is the balconies overlooking the mountains. You get a 180 degree of uninterrupted picturesque views. The food is alright and the service is exceptional. The staffs are polite and eager to help. Our requests are met including late check-out. Definitely one of the best stay options in Kalpa.

Clean room great view good food

I was impressed with the location – it was convenient and perfect. The room, especially the Cottage room with its awesome view, was a highlight. However, the food was just okay, and the breakfast menu was limited. A major letdown was the front desk staff, who came across as very unprofessional. Overall, it's a good spot, but some improvements would make it great. 3.5/5

The location of property is very good. The food was good but need to add more variety. Facilities are also very good.

Horrible stay experience...pathetic food...dirty towels and sheets...booked for 4 nights left in 2 days ...they don't know the meaning of hospitality....pathetic

I recently stayed at echo r and had an extremely disappointing experience. The room was not clean when i arrived, with visible dust and stains on the furniture & bedsheet as well. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and a persistent unpleasant odor. The staff was unresponsive and unfriendly. When i reported the issues, they showed little concern and offered no solutions. To make matters worse, the wi-fi was incredibly slow and unreliable, making it impossible to get any work done. The noise levels were also unbearable, with thin walls that let in all the sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Overall, my stay was far below expectations, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had stayed for 1 night with family & friends. Rooms were big but very dirty. Had to get the housekeeping to clean them twice before stepping in. Same story for washrooms. Hotel is also a bit away from town and the final approach to the hotel is tricky for bigger cars. Service was slow, food was okay for dinner but horrible for breakfast (most families checked out without eating. The only posit-was views from terrace. Cleanliness : 1 parking : 3 (for few cars only) food :2 service: 2 room : 1

They didn't have even soap and dental kit. And hotel approach is risky. If you leave hotel and car comes from main road to parking downward then you are stuck. You have to reverse the car all the way from where you started.
