FOOD QUAILTY WAS TERRIBLE AND ROOM WAS NOT HYGENIC. SERVICE NOT GOOD. OVER

Hotel is run by a bengali family and is run down, need renovation, owners are good but they are not able to maintain the property and run the hotel. Service is almost zero and we had to wait long time to have the hot water available, could not get milk for the kid or tea for us till 8 in the morning that too in summers as owners were sleeping till late and no other help was available, lot of other discomforts, owners asked to not book from makey trip but directly to get better facilities which was the worst part. If someone has come to the property paying you money then take whatever difference you do not get from mm t but give good service otherwise it will be bas experience for the customers and will not be easy for you as well to run the hotel as you will never get repeated customers but new customers will hesitate to stay.

1. little away from RECKONG PEO. 2. Excellent location for viewing the kailash range,snow covered mountains. 3. Food is available but Okish .and no detailed bill was provided. We trusted the owner thats why didn't ask for it all. 4. The rooms are spacious 5. Bathroom is good. But for hot water u hv to ask the owner to start it otherwise its not on. 6. neat and clean properly. 7. all the rooms hv balcony. 8. Parking space is available. 9. easy to locate. 10. everything we asked for the owner tried his best to provide. like extra blanket,hot drinking water.

Room ambience was like some old government guesthouse. Bathroom not clean at all. Blankets were thin so they can charge for room heater. Costly room. Major pro is view. Amazing.

The property is nicely located between rekong and kalpa. Kinnair kailash is distinctly visible from my room. Food was excellent and homely. This property is run by a bengali family and the entire family look after their guests wondefully. Ucchas and hus father both are very well behaved and will always take care about their guests.

Bathroom was unhygienic. Only breakfast was good. Owner did not provide towel for each person. We asked for heater and he said if you haven't book from us. So you will not get heater. Overall staff was not so friendly.

Only positive aspect I found is that location is very good. From balcony one can get a clear view of Kinner Kailash. Otherwise, Bathroom is average where faucet was not working properly. Food is also average. Lot of improvement is required to make it best

The view from our room of kinnar kailash was awesome. The place has very nice feel. The rooms are very spacious, the service is also very good. The staff is cooperative. Best thing was the structure of hotel and view from room. Can sit in the balcony for long with the awesome view.
