I have booked the hotel along with the breakfast but they don't serve the breakfast by saying that they don't serve breakfast and even the rooms and washroom are too small and unhygienic

The room is compact with the queen size bed even if you book for four members. Ideal for couples not for family.

I stayed on the 17th april. No intercom available, the room is on the 4th floor. The tv is not working and the ac is working with poor performance and no cooling. So, i checked out at 8 pm without staying at night. Waste of money.

My experience was not good because staff was not cooperative and rooms not well mentaindent & not clean properly landline not available washroom was very dirty my experience was very worst

Old building and located in a lane, not easily identifiable. No tv / no wifi. After enquiry, an open source of wifi shown which do not have any password.

Stay was very worst, booking its showing including all amenities but they are charging extra for tv and water bottle. I booked an ac room but they said the ac room is an extra charge and the room i stayed in was full of cigarette smell. They don't have proper air freshener also, they pour some liquid when i asked them. Don't have room service every time we have to come down and ask anything if we want. There is no lift for fifth floor only till fourth floor. Bathroom is also not good water leakage all the time. I won't suggest and stay in this hotel anymore. This is the first time i am staying very pathetic.

It was the most horrible experience in the hotel, for early checkin they charged 100 per hour. No towels and soap were provided, they couldn’t even provide tv recharge. Staff behaviour is also not good. You have to take your luggage on your own to the room.

The room was terrible, on the following mid-day the room has been changed, the amenities are very poor; tv does not work properly, during failure of electricity, the generator could not be started due to non-availability of diesel, one whole day lift did not work. I have not taken any videos of said hotel during the inconveniences sufferef

It was good to stay there. The washroom was clean and the room was also clean. Rooms are spacious but service is slow during my stay, no one came to ask for dinner or they didn't had any telephone service in the hotel

All things malls and station nearby good rooms and room service staff was good, and charges were nominal, hotel view is good

Nice hotel, good rooms & had a pleasant stay

Smelling room with bed and blankets had stains and not cleaned well. It wasn't a pleasant stay. Dripping bathroom tap, bed cushion was loose and had no body support.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and i had a great night's sleep.

Its a good service. Staffs are very friendly. And rooms are very clean. Almost good and excellent

Ms. Makemytrip the hotel house keeping, cleanliness was very bad. Ac, wifi, intercom was not working at all. Very very bad and regret how make my trip is associated. It was a painful stay. Guest being a senior person has to face all this problem regret regret. Not required. I dint have time for all this. Regret

Stay was good at crown in. Good room service. Average bathroom. A bit interior. Could not find the hotel earlier.

Accommodation is okay. But no charge points. It's not working property. Tap alos not good

Bathroom was not clean. Shower was completely rusted. Closet had broken covers. No towels and soap. Had to ask for the same. Landline was not working

Room is good and enough for single person but aircon was not properly working. Staff are really very good and supportive. It’s 1 -2 kms max from the majectic bus stand, it’s added a good value in that price.
